Bishop John Chapman has indicated his intention to resign from his role as chair of the Ontario Provincial Commission on Theological Education (OPCOTE), having served for nearly 15 years.

"John has brought great focus, experience, and passion to the role," said Bishop Michael Oulton, commissary for the metropolitan.
